Download the program, unzip it, delete all the files from the 'cabs' folder except (that's the best one for all versions of WM, from WM2003 to WM6 and later) and use a card reader or the 'Explore' function of ActiveSync to copy the resulting EBPPC folder to the memory card on your PDA (click here if you have trouble downloading).
